Owner & Senior Designer
Lacey Rodgers is an award winning designer and a person who has a true passion for Interior Design. She attended The Art Institute of Dallas where she earned her BFA in Interior Design.
She has over 14 years of industry experience and knowledge. Living Right Designs was established over 8 years ago and is based in Waxahachie, Texas.
Living Right Designs focuses on architectural design for custom homes, residential remodels, and commercial interior design projects.

The Design Process
STEP 1: Preliminary Consultation
Our first meeting is an un-intimidating way to open communication on the best plan of action for your upcoming design project. You will have confidence in how LRD will be assisting you. Get one on one time with a Professional Designer to look over you project and prepare a customized plan for you!
STEP 2: Design Consultation
Designer reviews the scope of work and provides you with a proposal of the number of design zones to be put into a 3D design plan. (Flat fee per zone) If you wish to proceed, the next step is to complete a design consultation with full 3D renderings of your space, an ideal furniture plan, and detailed dimensional plan.
STEP 3: Design Agreement
Continuing into a Design Agreement with LRD, this is the phase that your Designer will selecting all of the finishes, lighting fixtures, and plumbing fixtures. You will be working at an established price per square foot based rate with your designer on a detailed scope of work. Partnered with the General Contractor or Custom Home Builder - the professional design plan that you have envisioned turns into a reality. The LRD team will be conducting regular site checks throughout construction.
STEP 4: Visual Coordination (Can Be Purchased Separately)
A Decorator comes to your property, they identify the most-loved pieces and pulls the space together for a cohesive look. We work with you to establish the budget and the desired outcome that you wish to achieve. Your Decorator handles all of the shopping for the perfect accents and accessories to compliment your space. We deliver, install, and decorate your space to integrate the new additions. LRD will leave you falling in love with your space all over again!
